This set is exactly what I needed to improve my son�s handwriting skills. The repetitive patterns help him keep the letter sizes consistent which is something he has struggled with. I have noticed an improvement in his free hand writing already and it�s only been a short time.

My son has the worst handwriting ever for a child of 9... I seen this on Facebook and thought why not give it a shot, it can't hurt... To my surprise he seems to be enjoying it... he is practicing every day all the way through the alphabet and his numbers... in only 1 weeks time his handwriting has gone from...what the heck is that??? To dang I can read that!!!
It was definitely worth the money ?? it is also helping to improve his self-esteem he's very proud of himself!!! As he should be... soon it should all be muscle memory for him and be way more fluid, not something that he has to think about before he writes it... Right now I'm hovering and counting out the strokes for the capital A and saying around n down for the little a. It's not just a hand it over n do it type of approach that I'm using, because I feel he needs the added attention and praise. Your kid may take it n just run with it every child is different.... As for mine I'm very pleased with his improvement in only 1 week, the indention definitely makes the difference for him. I've had him tracing letters n numbers forever with no improvement... and a whole lot of fussing n crying but not with this... the Calligraphy set has definitely helped him...and of course he's showing off practicing one line with his right hand and the next line with his left...so even if he wasn't naturally ambidextrous he will be ambidextrous by the time he's done because he likes this kind of challenge ??

These books are AMAZING. I am a mother and an elementary teacher and I have never come across something so effective and efficient. Not to mention my son actually like to practice his writing and asks for his "ink book and magic pen". The disappearing ink is brilliant and really does work. This allows for us to use over and over. My only wish is that I could afford to buy multiple sets so I can use them in my classroom. Handwriting is such an important skill that is often not taught in school anymore and ti be able to provide these to students that need it would be so beneficial. I am so happy I found these and invested my money. Worth every penny!

I've been using it with my 4-year-old son. I didn't want to use paper every day, but I wanted him to practice often. Now he writes 2 pages every day: one page alphabet and one with numbers. This usually takes 40 good minutes, during which time I prepare dinner. Then he eats and then does another 40 minutes of math and reading on the iPad. It is very easy to make a routine out of it. Wonderful REUSABLE copybooks for learning to write, the Alphabet, mathematics and drawing. They include a special ink pen that disappears in a couple of minutes and the child can write again. They also include a special finger posture corrector for proper coverage of the handle with your fingers. I am very pleased, I recommend!
